We will offer one more observation here and more in later articles. The essay or description of yourself in your profile shouldn’t look like a job C.V…the guys are especially guilty of this! A Nigerian girl will want to know if you’re an illiterate or not but using the entire essay to spell out all your certificate achievements is not the way to make yourself a worthy Nigerian date. Hello Nigeria!

We at DateANigerian are excited about out brand new blog and be sure that we will be bringing you exciting news, entertainment and great advice on the Nigeria dating scene.

On a Nigeria related forum recently, a post was made by someone asking for a life partner…the story was that this person had “heard from God” that the internet was going to cough out a life partner!

We respect whatever reason Nigerians or friends of Nigerians have for turning to online dating. One sure thing is, the proposition that online dating sites have is unparalleled in the history of dating or relationships.

1. Upload a picture of yourself! We find quite a few ‘picture less’ profiles….why do you think some people don’t upload pictures of themselves? The ladies seem to do this more than the guys….we cherish you comment! Meanwhile, we will stop here and be back with more advice later…..
